About Me
I am a native of Yekaterinburg, Russia, where I finished the School of Music (9 years in the major subject of performance) and was accepted to Ural State Academy of Music to study. Unfortunately, my education was stopped/ interrupted due to a sudden move to the USA in 1995. I was a winner of the local and regional competition events back in the late 80-s and early 90-s. While I was a student, I had to join two different folk instrument orchestras and with great support from the teachers to become a featured soloist. Currently, I am accompanying in the local Church and for youth groups. I am still in love with this beautiful instrument which is called Bayan (Chromatic accordion) and trying not to miss any chance to play at home or while gathering with friends.
